The Zambezi river is at its lowest levels in October and November, and usually starts rising again in December. Here's a video of main falls from my phone, taken this afternoon - the date ( 10 October) is on my receipt which you can see at the end Devils cataract ( leaping waters) is the lowest at 70m, and the cliff rises to 107m at the Eastern end of Rainbow Falls.
