Bring arms up to around 130° elevation, allow scapular elevation to occur at the top & focus on scapular depression as you drive down. 2️⃣ Lying Incline Cable Pullover - A great variation. More stability is provided here, allowing you to potentially get a bit more out of the lats. I find that focusing on elevation & depression here is easier as well. Only issue with t
