Some sad news to share. Anita Morgan, the first voice heard on Radio Wales has died, aged 93. Raised in Resolven, after working as a teacher, an interest in show business took her to RADA and then to radio. She became a reporter for Good Morning Wales in 1967. When Radio Wales launched in 1978 she became host of AM, the station's first breakfast programme.
