SHARK ATTACK RESCUE. A 17-year-old boy was bitten by a shark while fishing off the coast of Texas. The boy’s father applied a tourniquet, but as they were headed back to shore, their boat lost power.Thankfully, heroic @USCG personnel responded, applied a second tourniquet, and got the boy to the hospital for treatment.
