My favorite superset I've been training with lately on chest day is the Incline DB Chest Fly for 8 - 10 reps and then I immediately roll over, hit the floor and try to get 8 to 10 push-ups. Now like I said in the video, the Incline DB Chest Fly is an exercise you use as a warm-up or AFTER heavy bench pressing. So by the time I get here my chest is already absolutely thrashed from heavy benching. So my arms are literally shaking as I do the push-ups due to my body being in such a state of fatigue

Most people flare their elbows and don't bring the barbell to their forehead because they use weight that is too heavy. SO, find a weight you can do for 8 - 10 reps with your elbows tucked in as tight as you can and litterally bring the barbell to your forehead. I have been doing it this way for over 14 years and have zero elbow paon because I stretch and foam roll regularly..
