The Nevada Highway Patrol, and division of the Nevada State Police, remained vigilant on July 4th to keep Nevada residents and visitors safe across the state. Statewide from 12:00 a.m. on July 4th – 6:00 a.m. on July 5th, the Nevada Highway Patrol conducted 939 enforcement stops and issued 744 citations.
