They were driving a white Dodge Ram one-ton dually, four door pickup truck with a silver toolbox in the truck bed. The license plate is unknown. This truck went around a stopped school bus on the right side as the bus was stopping to pick up kids at 7931 Highway 169 near Polar Drive
