The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Tagbilaran has acknowledged the need to further strengthen its LTO Caravan initiative in order to bring government services closer to the public. According to the LTO Tagbilaran chief Yvonne T. Auza, the caravan program plays a crucial role in reaching far-flung communities, allowing residents to conveniently access services such as driver’s license renewals, student permit applications, and vehicle registration without the need to travel to city offices.
