My PC gets frozen and BSOD on drivers 471.xx and newer. The best stable driver I use is 466.11 and I don't get any freezes on it. Lenovo is aware of the issue and hopefully they would fix it very soon.

You should open a ticket if you haven't. I'm never buying Lenovo again. I can't leave the USB-C cable connected to the monitor ready for my laptop when I come home because there is no HDMI/DP sound on my permanently connected PC. Lenovo claim this is normal!
