I have a Lenovo Legion 5 (Ryzen 7 + Geforce RTX 2060) and had the same problems with the stutters. When I play a game for a while or in the beginning the video starts to stutter, so does the audio and it will stop after a few seconds.

I just bought the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro and can't find the RGB settings at all in the Lenovo Vantage app. I have updated to the latest Lenovo Vantage app through the Microsoft Store but still can't find the RGB settings in the lower right hand corner below quick settings.
