A Silver Alert had been issued in Waukesha County for a man who was last seen at his Brookfield assisted living facility Friday afternoon. He has since been located safe.

Thomas was last seen Friday, October 18 around 12 p.m. at his assisted living facility. He does not have access to a vehicle or a cell phone.
