Ontario Premier Doug Ford calls his anti-tariff ad "fair and necessary" even after President Donald Trump imposed a 10% tariff on Canadian imports, White House correspondent Kyra Phillips reports.

The premier said the advert was viewed one billion times as Trump said he has no plans to meet with his Canadian counterpart.

Trump threatened once again to turn the key economic relationship between the United States and its second-biggest trading partner topsy-turvy.

The ad, which used the words of former President Ronald Reagan to criticize U.S. tariffs, aired during a World Series game. Trump said that Ontario's premier didn't act quickly enough to pull the ad.
