As homelessness hits a ten-year high here in the valley, thousands of people are struggling to find their next meal. A Las Vegas non-profit is working hard to ensure that doesn't happen this Thanksgiving.

More than 100 hospice and palliative care patients, along with their caregivers, received a special holiday meal this Thanksgiving, thanks to the efforts of Southwest Medical Hospice Care volunteers and Boyd Gaming.
