Hours after the Horned Frogs’ win over Cincinnati, TCU linebacker Shad Banks announced on X, formerly known as Twitter, Sunday that he intends to enter the transfer portal. “I will be entering the transfer portal on Dec. 9th,” Banks said on his social media page. Banks transferred to TCU in 2021 from Texas A&M as a blue chip recruit.
