The New Orleans Saints are set to be without their top playmaker, as star wide receiver Rashid Shaheed has officially been placed on IR. This will take Shaheed out for at least the next four games.

Juwan Johnson played for Sean Payton when he was the head coach of the New Orleans Saints. Payton, now coach of the Denver Broncos, is regarded as arguably the greatest head coach in Saints’ history. The Saints will honor him before the Broncos (3-3) face the Saints (2-4) on Thursday.

The Saints were arguably the hottest team in the NFL to begin the year, winning back-to-back games in which they outscored their opponents 91-29.
