In a recent interview with ‘L’Equipe’, Daniil Medvedev’s coach Gilles Cervara opened up on Murray’s new role: “Knowing Murray, I’m not surprised by what’s happening because I knew he wouldn’t be able to stay still for more than two or three months after his retirement.

Djokovic announced this past week that Murray would join his team as a coach at least through the 2025 Australian Open.

Djokovic split with his coach after six years earlier this summer, and he's counting on Andy Murray to help him prepare for the Australian Open.
