The president said the Federal Emergency Management Agency has been too bureaucratic and slow in its response to disasters.

In a pre-recorded video played at the annual March for Life in Washington on Friday, Trump pledged to support the anti-abortion cause, rolling through a list of priorities for Christian activists.
