The summer of soccer will take a new look this year with the FIFA Club World Cup, which comes to the U.S. for the first edition of the expanded competition that will see 32 teams from around the world compete for a share of the $1 billion prize purse.

Chelsea are aiming to claim their second piece of silverware this year at the 2025 Club World Cup. Enzo Maresca's side are in the United States this summer for the newly-expanded Club World Cup, which sees 32 teams take part.

LAFC only recently qualified for the Club World Cup as they defeated Club América in a match that decided who would replace the excluded Club Leon in Group D. Chelsea will be confident following their positive end of the season, but will need to be wary of LAFC, who have averaged 1.9 goals per game in the MLS so far this season.
