Lance was arguably the best player on the field for the Chargers in the preseason win over the Detroit Lions. And according to Mark Chichester and Ben Cooper of Pro Football Focus, he posted a career-best grade in the process:

A former first-round pick by the 49ers, Lance spent the last two years with Dallas before joining the Chargers to compete with veteran Taylor Heinicke for the backup job. He completed 13 of 20 passes .

Multiple reports have the former Chargers wide receiver, now a free agent, set to meet with team officials nearly 17 months after he was traded to Chicago.

All offseason, fans have clamored for the Los Angeles Chargers to bring back Keenan Allen, one of the top free agents still available. The vision became even more clear in March, when the Bolts brought back veteran Mike Williams. Reunions certainly aren't off the table for this Chargers regime.
