Texas Tech may not have gotten the win over Houston in the basketball game Monday night in Lubbock, but one fan definitely walked away with a win.

No internal candidates at Utah Tech University are among the pool of finalists announced this week to be the school’s next president. But the process for selecting a university leader could become more secretive with a new bill from state lawmakers.
