Lil Uzi Vert featured in free concert, festival to promote early voting in Milwaukee Milwaukeeland, hosted by Rock the Vote, will take place outside MATC on Oct. 26 from 10 a.m.

That said, purists will scoff at the idea of Lil Uzi Vert being considered hip-hop, and their 45-minute Summerfest set wouldn't convince them otherwise.
