Macy's is set to celebrate its 99th annual Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, Nov. 27, with 28 floats, 11 marching bands, 33 clown crews, nine performance groups and more large balloons than before.

Of the many sights and sounds to take in during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the colorful balloons and floats are among the most fun, bringing cartoon characters and dreamy concepts to life.

The parade is set to start at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Because the parade starts when it starts, this means that you'll have to be up a bit early on the West Coast to catch the beginning of the parade.
