WhatsApp finally has a feature that most other messaging apps worldwide have had for ages – desktop apps. The Facebook-owned company has released a native desktop app for both Windows and Mac devices.

The free app is available from WhatsApp’s website, so head on over to the download page to click the link that’s right for you. The app works with Windows 8 and higher and Mac OS X 10.9 and higher.
