Everton beat Ipswich 2-0 at Portman Road to secure their first away victory of the Premier League season and leave the Tractor Boys still looking for a maiden win since sealing promotion. The visitors were clinical with their finishing as Iliman Ndiaye scored in the 17th minute and Michael Keane doubled the Toffees’ advantage five minutes before the break.

Ipswich Town is one of the four EPL clubs yet to earn a win this season, but with a 0-4-3 record, it has the most points of the winless with 4. Everton has just 5 points and sits at 16th on the table, one spot ahead of Ipswich Town thanks to a 1-2-4 record, with the win and both draws coming in its last three matches.

Michael Oliver got the game underway with Ed Sheeran keeping a close eye on the proceedings. Everton started the game on the front foot and were happy to keep the ball and put the Tractor Boys under pressure but it was a counter attack from Ipswich that gave Jack Clarke a chance but the shot was skied high over the net.
