Freeze warnings issued across Texas as deep chill invades
Temperatures as low as 29 degrees are expected across all of west central, north central and northeast Texas. The warning will expire at 9 a.m. CT Friday, according to NWS. Residents are advised that sub-freezing temperatures could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
