NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said Friday that the Alliance is “significantly” increasing its support for Ukraine, a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy officially revealed his Victory Plan against the Russian invasion.

Ukraine will be a member of NATO in the future, Secretary-General of NATO Mark Rutte said Thursday in Brussels, where he is chairing a meeting of NATO ministers of defense.

NATO chief Mark Rutte said he was aware of the details of Ukraine's "victory plan" that was presented by the country's president on Wednesday, and that he was in touch with the alliance's member countries on the next steps.
