McMillan, who is also the mastermind behind "The Rachel," Aniston's iconic hairstyle on "Friends," was the creator of Bibb's "White Lotus" character's hairstyle in the most recent season of the hit HBO series.

Like many other White Lotus fans, Bush Hager was inspired by Bibb’s signature bob, cut and styled by celebrity hairstylist Chris McMillan. So, they had McMillan stop by the show Monday to cut Bush Hager’s hair during the live broadcast.
