Blizzard just dropped the shock announcement that Diablo 2 is getting new DLC for the first time in 25 years. I got to meet the developers behind this feat.

We already knew a new character class was on its way to Diablo 4, and thanks to a slip up on Blizzard’s end we knew it was the Warlock. After a stream celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Diablo franchise last night, however, we now know the Warlock is making their way to even more Diablo games.

If you’re playing Diablo II: Resurrected on Steam and are getting the “You have not been online in 30 days” error, the first and simplest fix is to ensure your Battle.net and Steam accounts are connected.

You'll still need a Battle.net account and the client, though.

Players will get to see the class's beginnings in Diablo 2 today and its more destructive evolution in Diablo 4 this April.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Diablo franchise, Blizzard has added the Warlock class to Diablo 2: Resurrected, and announced that it will also be coming to Diablo 4 and Diablo Immortal this year.

Diablo 2: Resurrected just got its biggest update ever, and this not only adds a new class, but a massive QoL feature for PC and handheld users.

In addition, there have been rumours about Diablo 4 coming to Switch 2 as far back as April 2025, with even series manager Rod Fergusson stating that it's "something to look at", though it's not guaranteed due to potential live service issues.
