You can change your Outlook password from the Microsoft account security page. If you're using the app, it'll ask you to update a changed password.
Had an odd one today. I didn't spend too long troubleshooting it as I had to be elsewhere but... User of mine changed their domain password yesterday. Laptop switched off and on several times since.
