The Department of Corrections told detectives about a suspected drug smuggling operation at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington. Following an investigation, police alleged that Hull accepted bribes from an inmate and worked with an accomplice to bring the drugs into the facility between December 2025 and January 2026.
