Brave New World has premiered in theaters, bringing massive changes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe with its story and ending.

Marvel Studios’ latest adventure and the fourth solo Cap movie, “ Captain America: Brave New World ,” is opening in theaters this weekend and has made $12 million in Thursday previews at the box office.

Brave New World to be a palate cleanser — one that remembers and builds on the events of Marvel’s other recent features. The film does a serviceable job of establishing a new status quo, but it struggles to articulate how this Captain America is different from his predecessor.
