MUMBAI : Waaree Energies Ltd, India’s leading solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturer, is all set to launch its much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) today. With shares priced between ₹ 1,427 and ₹ 1,503, the company aims to raise ₹ 4,321.44 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹ 3,600 crore. The issue will close on Wednesday.

The primary market is buzzing with excitement as four major public offerings are set to open next week. Leading the charge are Waaree Energies and Afcons Infrastructure, two highly anticipated IPOs from the mainboard segment,

The IPO allocation includes 50% reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors. Post-listing, shares will be available on both the NSE and BSE.
