Citing a Tottenham press conference held in Seoul on the 2nd, Japanese media such as Sports Hochi and Tokyo Sports reported that Son Heung-min announced that he would leave Tottenham.

Tottenham Hotspur captain Son Heung-min is set to bring his decade-long tenure with the club to an end. Speaking at a press conference for the “2025 Coupang Play Series” on Aug. 2, Son said it had not been an easy decision and that he had decided to leave the team this summer.
