The Oklahoma City Thunder avoided the upset with a 123-114 win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday. OKC had a monster second half to slowly run away from Utah on the scoreboard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a career-high 54 points on 17-of-35 shooting and went 17-of-18 at the free-throw line.

SGA, with more efficiency and consistency and wins than one man needs, never found the reasons to chase it.  Wednesday opened the window.  Fifty-four points, to be exact. A career-high for Gilgeous-Alexander in the Thunder’s 123-114 win over Utah,

It wouldn’t really be a 2024-25 Utah Jazz game if the opponent didn’t pull off some historic feat or a player on the opposing team didn’t have a career night.
