Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg. An £12m deal was struck between the two clubs in the January transfer window, but now the move has officially been finalised as Sarr becomes the Blues' third signing of the summer after Dario Essugo and Liam Delap.

Chelsea have signed Mamadou Sarr from Ligue 1 side Strasbourg, the club have confirmed. The 19-year-old has signed an eight-year deal that runs until 2033. Centre-back Sarr came through the youth system at Lens before moving to Strasbourg in 2024.
