LSU has fired Brian Kelly midway through his fourth season after the Tigers fell to 5-3, and it could cost the university more than $50 million.

No. 19 LSU football was leading a top-5 team in No. 3 Texas A&M and most of the early boos morphed into cheers as the Tigers headed toward to locker room. It didn’t take the Aggies long to rip the joy from LSU and its fanbase in the second half.
