Following top-speed testing in Germany, the 2025 Chevy Corvette ZR1 is now the fastest American production car of all time and the fastest car under $1 million.

Earlier this year, Chevy teased the Corvette ZR1's top speed with a run showing an indicated 207 MPH. But now, apparently, the ZR1 is capable of going even faster than that, as showcased in the company's latest social media post.

With a recorded top speed of 375 km/h on a recent track test, the Corvette ZR1, with Mark Reuss at the wheel, became the fastest car in GM history.
