The Delhi Police have registered a case against the alleged accused for splashing liquid on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal during his rally in South Delhi's Greater Kailash area on Saturday,

Arvind Kejriwal was greeting people standing behind a cordon when the man approached him and splashed the liquid on him.

In Delhi, former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was attacked while conducting a padyatra (foot march) aimed at engaging with voters ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections. The incident occurred in the Greater Kailash area as Kejriwal was meeting and interacting with the public.

Kejriwal informed that the liquid thrown at him was harmless and stated that this was the third attack on him in the last 35 days.

"Instead of arresting criminals, they are targeting our MLAs," the AAP chief alleged, demanding action against the real offenders to ensure the safety of Delhi's residents.
